What do we plan to do with the funds?

We're so glad you asked!

What we are working on...

Provide Training

Develop and provide training and education (in-person and remote) for corporations, cities, campaigns, community centers and churches. This education will combat the Marxism of BLM and teach people the real cause of Black Plight and provide real solutions and avenues to exercise those solutions.

Produce Educational Material

Producing videos and print material for educational use. Certain material will target youth and teens within various key demographics. We have to ensure that those citizens who are blindly capitulating to BLM, understand the dangers of BLM and how BLM's principles are actually the cause of Black Plight.

Procure Financial Assistance

Reaching out to aid families who have lost loved ones or businesses due to gang violence (this includes BLM violence)

Partnering with other organizations

Collaborating with existing agencies/individuals to develop "mini" outreach centers /chapters around the US so that EBLM can move quickly to engage and to allow resources for ̣corporations, agencies and churches that want training.

Propose new policies and best practices

Via an EBLM think tank, EBLM will distribute policy statements giving realistic alternatives to the Welfare and Entitlements laws that not only chase the father out of the home but also further increase the plight of African American communities.

Public Advocacy

A non-profit is allowed to lobby for legislation as long as no substantial part of its overall activities relate to influencing legislation. EBLM will dedicate the allowed amount of its efforts on changing legislation in the following areas: Amending Welfare laws to reward fathers for staying in the home, allowing school choice, rescinding minimum wages etc. https://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/how-much-lobbying-can-nonprofit-do.html

Let's talk transparency

EBLM was formed as an “entity” in July 2020.  The work and beliefs of this organization are the integral outpouring of the lives, outreach and careers of its founders (see “About EBLM“).

Since it takes time to establish a 501c3. and with the Covid-19 delays, the IRS is very backlogged.  Generally with ‘normal’ processing  501c3 status can take 12-18 months.

In the meantime, DS Ministries of San Jose, CA/No Blind Faith (EIN available for donors) has agreed to partner with EBLM as a parent organization until EBLM’s IRS status has been finalized. EBLM has their own line item and budget.

DS Ministries is a 501c3 organization. All monies (donations, sales, etc) will go through their financial structure and donors will receive a tax deduction based on their donations at the end of the year.
